HI, I have a definity g3v6, and it is configured so that only the attendant can access the loudspeaker paging dialing 860, I have just received a request to allow everyone to page from their extensions, but I cant figure this one out. please help. thanks

860 is probably a TAC assigned to a trunk group. You can "list trunk group" to find out. If that's the case, look at the cor assigned to the trunk group and see if other COR's are allowed to call it (3rd or 4th page on COR). If not, simply change the various COR's to be allowed to call the paging COR and you should be all set.

I believe there are other ways to do paging, but this is the one I'm familiar with mostly.

Loudspeaker Paging can be assigned as a Trunk Group or as a separate device. If you don't find it listed as a trunk group do 'display paging loudspeaker'. As mentioned above, check the COR and make sure that it allows access.
