Administer user's Redirected Folder

Im a administrator of my LAN, is there any method that i can administer user's redirected folder coz whenever i double clik on users redirected folder it gives a acess denied error message.

Take ownership of the folders.

yes take ownership of foulder. right click foulder/properties/security/advanced/owner also check replace owner on subcontainers and objects
