Administer Caller Apps without logging in to server

There is nothing for a subscriber to administer GUI-wise but you can give them the ability to change/record announcements through their TUI.
There is no web interface for caller apps but you can install the caller application editor on a machine you wish to perform caller app administration from. Keep in mind that the account running that program would need to be in the system administration section of the VMD within MM.
