Does anybody know to recover or recreate the Admin USer account from a Domino 5 server?

Does anybody know to recover or recreate the Admin USer account from a Domino 5 server?

Any user with the correct roles in the Domino Directory and certification log can create a new user.
Thus, you can promote an existing user to an administrator to register a new Admin account.
Obviously, this assumes that you have not lost the password for your Certifier ID file.
