Hi guys,

Iam still bit new to novell, How can I give one of helpdesk colleague rights so that he can create account, groups, add&remove members to groups and ability to reset password. Thank you

That's always been difficult to pull off.. With ConsoleOne and NWADMIN, it is nearly impossible.

Better way is to use iManager, setup a role specifically for helpdesk and give them only the tasks they need access to.
