OK,, hope this makes sense..
I have an office with 15 workstations mixed win2k and XP. I have a server running TrendMicro's office scan manager. I have been able to remotely install to all workstations except one, it's XP. When I try to install it asks for a user name and PW with admin rights on the workstation. I enter administrator and the proper PW, but it tells me administrator does not have admin permissions. of course I think I set up the work station the same as all the others but obviously not.
I have added users, removed users, given all users admin rights, used them all and still get the same.. I have tried other apps' remote install and get the same...
what can I tell you that will help you help me??
