Admin Privileges to save to Organizational registry

I am trying to form to the Organization Forms Library but I get the msg that I do not have Admin permission or I do not have Owner permissions.

I am in the Exchange Admins group, but obviously i'm missing something.

Found the answer. Go to the org forms folder within Exchange Administrator and make sure that you have full control or publish permissions.
