When i go to access the Protocols and networking connections i go to My Network places and right click to go to properties. when i do this it says " I dont haver permission over Networking and dial-up networking COnnections" all the policies have been checked im set to full on the server and im loggin in as Admin. if you have any idea why this is let me know... Thanks alot

Try deleting the profiles. We had the same problem, Deleted the profiles, logged back in and BINGO! access was restored!
