Admin password reset

We are not able to login to CallPilot Manager, we are using the support tools on the server to try a reset however when I enter the ResetAdminPwd command I get an error...
"unable to login as user id blue, user: blue
ResetAdminPwd rc=41405, expected=0
Any ideas?
 
I had the same problem a while ago. I`m not really sure but i think after a reboot of the Server the command came back to work.

are trying this by dialing into the modem or are you onsite
at the server?

I was accessing the server from another workstation, then I remembered you must be at the server to install PEPs so I tried it again from the server and it worked.
 
You can shadow 0 from a Remote Desktop connection as well.
