I have five citrix servers with Presentation Server 4 on Windows 2003 / terminal sever installed on each, they installed ok, set default passwords ect specialist app was then installed ok.
But had to re join two of the terminal servers back on to the domain. After some DNS problems with terminal server, Since then I am unable to log back into the farm.
The message tells me I must be an administrator .which I am both at local and forest level ,but refuses me access.
Is there any way of hacking the password, or any other suggestion to return the farm to my control.
Citrix `s answer is too uninstall and reinstall which with the specialist app installed is not an option. Any help would be appreciated

milnecbs,
I'm assuming since you added the server to the domain you have "Domain Admin" rights....is that correct?

If so...log into that server with your domain admin account and change the local administrators password. Then log out and log in with the local administrator password.

Fire up the CMC and it should let you log in. Once you are logged into the CMC go into the Citrix Administrators section and add your Citrix admin's as "Full Control" to the Citrix farm.

Hope that helps.
