Admin password not known

Hi all,

If you as a technician walk into a new customer site and do not know the admin password and PlsChgMe! has been changed. How do you either default it back to PlsChgMe! or otherwise get into the system??

i think you are lokking for a post for VNC access in this forum by aragon

Have you got any access at all to the BCM can they try the

username supervisor
Password visor

I know of away to rest the password but you need Nortel to work out the password that it is reset too.
