Admin not showing files on files tab

Can anybody help me please? I am pulling my hair out. Running Domino r5.10. When I go into the admin module and click on the files tab, I do not see any files, and the "disk space" part shows only one disk (our server has three) of the incorrect size. I believe it is looking at my local drive. All other tabs work as I expect them to. Where can I change it to look at our Domino server for these files and not my local computer?
