so i have a small hosting/tech company, it started as a tech company, and i started adding hosting... I've added exchange email hosting and now I'm at a point where i am getting quite a few clients on it, i was wondering if there was any boxed software out there to allow my clients (some of which are IT guys themselves) to manage mailboxes and add/delete users.
today i do it myself, i get an email/call requesting to modify an account and i take care of it with in 24 hours (usually with in 3 hours) but i see growth would cause an issue. I don't make enough yet to hire a decent tech...even though w/ the economy as it is some may be willing to work for much less :)

but i digress.... any info on the matter would be greatly appreciated
thanks.

Create an ASP page with security to access it. Have the ASP page gather the needed details and have its anonymous access credentials use an Exchange Admin account.

To be clear, you need to have the ASP code handle the access security. Sample code for that can be found here:

Note that on that page they also list how to use a database for the security.

I hope you find this post helpful.
