Admin E-mail Corrupt?

While looking over the exchange server I noticed a strange thing about the Administrator E-mail account. I can send E-mail to it but I cannot connect to it or open it. Upon further inspection I found that I could not see it in the Exchange Manager module nor was I given the option to remove it when I went to Exchange Options in Active Directory U&C. I think it might b corrupt. The question is, what steps do I take from here?
