Admin Console not working after Root Certificate Update

Good Morning. Today my computer updated the Root Certificates from MS. After that happened I could not open the Collections in the SMS Admin Console. Anyone know what I need to do to make this work again?

what do you mean exactly by "could not open the collection", did it not respond, fail, or show as empty?
