ADMC0042E: SOAP connector port number not specified

Hello,
Has anyone experienced this problem with WebSphere 5 (we're running on iSeries)? It seems that the servers are all running within Websphere but they have disappeared from the console. Fwhen I try to start/stop from the command prompt (wsadmin command prompt), then the following error gets thrown to the logfile:
