I have created an Access database that is now being used by other users in my company. The problem is that when they open up the forms it looks a heck of a lot bigger on thier screen than it does on mine. It makes it cumbersome for them to get around. Is there anything I can do to allow other viewers to view forms the way I see it on my computer? Any help would be appreciated.

You can change their screen resolution!? I also have a database that uses custom zooming for forms, if you send me an email I can forward you a sample db. It's not perfect but it works.

The Access 97 Developer's Handbook by Litwin Getz and Gilbert (SYBEX) has the source code to automatically size your windows based on the user's resolution. If someone here doesn't come up with a solution, you might want to check that out. Terry M. Hoey

Thanks Joe,
I just needed to know what the cause was.

Terry,
I will check out the Handbook, it sounds like it is just what I need to solve my problem. I did take a look at your FAQ link, and it wasn't very helpful. One thing I took from it though was to be clear when posting a question. My question was pretty simple and clear and generated the exact response I needed. I guess I would ask you to review this FAQ link once more and then figure out how to let me know exactly what you're talking about.
