Hi basically the link gives you an idea of what I want to do with the page tiling

So basically I would like to know how I can get the inner page tiling to be center with the outer page tiling

I think you'll find the answer in the print dialogue.

Moe: It could have been a real ugly situation, but luckily I managed to shoot him in the spine.

You have to make you page setup size the same as your document size.
ie. if you make a document A4 then go to your page setup and make that A4.
also down the bottom of the tool bar (click and hold) select the button that looks a square dotted box.
This will let you move it around. So you can place it over you picture so it does'nt crop off.

VROOOM, that 'inner page tiling' as you call it shows the printable area of your sheet. Your printer cannot print outside that area so why would you want to shift it? That would give a false indication of the printing area on your page. (I can tell you are on an Inkjet printer as inkjets can print almost to the top of the page but not the bottom).

Page tiling is not a guide. If that's what you want it for then just switch it's visibility off (View>Hide Page Tiling) and then create your own guides.
