Adjusting row height of table in InDesign CS

wanting to make the cell height be very close to the font size, but when i try to slide the cell up to make it smaller it won't go. I know there has to be some adjustment somewhere, I just don't know where. Would appreciate any help.

Row height is affected by the settings in the Table palette and the character/paragraph settings.
