I have a Partner system with AA. When a caller does not pick from the menu of possible extensions, the call goes to extension 10. No one sits at the desk where extension 10 is, so how can I have that call go to a group of possible extensions all at once allowing anyone to pickup the call?

Which Voice Mail do you have? Partner Mail, Partner Mail VS R5 and Partner Messaging R1 have the option of changing the "dial 0/timeout option".

Otherwise, if you truly don't use Ext. 10 and want a group to be able to answer it, you could install a chime ringer or loud bell in a central location as Ext. 10, and give each person a "pickup-10" button.

Its Partner Mail VS R5.

As far as a Ext 10 pick-up button, that would work but requires people to hear that extension ringing which is difficult to do considering the size of our building and nature of our business.

I was hoping that I culd route all Ext 10 calls to a group of extensions as well as Ext 10.

change options to ring to a ,calling group 71,72,73 or 74, put stations to ring in calling grp, that you want to ans.
on vs mail selector code 9 to calling group,
on mail o/time out to calling grp
