Adjunct interaction with fwd follow me?

Have Adjunts that are in covrage to VMS. This works fine.

Come into office and invoke follow me fwd of the adjunt ext. it does not fwd....still goes to VMS. any thoughts?

The question is, WHAT TYPE OF VOICE MAIL?

If it is messaging, it sounds as if you have the mailbox for NO PHONE.

Is that what is going on?

Nope...shouldnt the fwd folly me over ride the vms covrage and bring the number to the desk im sitting at?

The Manual doesn't really say anything about an interaction of FOLLOW ME and DELAY FORWARD, however, It does talk about calls go to FORWARDING and COVERAGE POINTS at the same time.

Perhaps you would want to strech out the COVER DELAY for the one you are trying to follow.

We ended up takeing another Adjunct sta and makeing it the primary cover for the affected sta's. This gave the system enough delay so the follow me would override the normal coverage to the vms.
