Looking at this forum I made a series of changes on the merlin legend
Renamed ext 1062 to 1022
Re-labelling 1022 to the new user.
Printing Directory
Re-numbering adjunct 8310 (adjunct to 1021) to 1062
Include a primary coverage of 1062 on button 6 of the 1021 set
Put 1062 in the same coverage group as the other phones.
Created a new voicemail for 1022
THE ISSUE
1062 rings indefinitely (on the 1021 phone button 6), voice mail never picks-up UNLESS I put the "host" phone 1021 on "do not disturb" At this this point the phone directs the voice mail to the right place (either 1021 or 1062)
Also, are there any ways to have a distinctive ring on either all the adjuncts or this specific extension.
