ADJTIME.DBF Aloha 5.3.19

Hey all,

I was curious if anyone has the breakdown of all fields in the ADJTIME.DBF file? I have looked in the AKB's and can't find any information on this file...or if anyone knows what the TIPSHCON field stands for?
