I hope someone can take me a hand on this doubt.
I installing two IPO SE 9.1 (R620) and IPOCC (R210). I receive and aditional 500GB HD for R210 but I read that this HD is for Contact Recorder and I need to install this drive in R620 but this HD have an different form factor.
The documentation is very confusing. The IPOCC manual says that it uses Contact Recorder from the IPO SE, but in another table it reads (Aditional HD for Contact Recorder in R210)...
I don't know how to proceed... Or I need to install the Windows version of the Contact Store on the IPOCC Server (is a Windows Server).
