ADE - CITRIX Issue - ADE ERROR Unable to run hrio (Urgent)

Hi all,

Application version :- 11.5.5
Database version :- 8.1.7

I have installed ADE on our Clone, its working fine. I did same installation on Our Live System, which is running through CITRIX Server. but iam getting following error

ADE ERROR Unable to ru hrio.

I Did the following testing mentioned in Oracle Technical Forum. that is also working fine
>> start > run > hrio

I wold like to know whether there is any other settings or configurations under CITRIX Server. If anybody knows this Issue, please reply back.
