Adduser Under Mandrake... 1

I use mandrake 10.1. I have a script to add a user on the system using adduser nick. When I do so, the user is said "locked" and I need to open drakuser, right click, edit, and uncheck Block user account.

Any way to make it throught command line?

Thanks! I looked for adduser, deluser, lock, unlock, but couldn't find him.
