I'm taking over a network from a previous engineer. AD 2003, Exch 2007. One of the first issues they've given me is that the "All Users" address book comes up by default instead of the GAL.
1. Is there a way to manually fix that?
2. I did some light research and found that "the address list that has the most entries and is available to a user will be displayed by default". I noticed a user that was terminated and doesn't work here any more. I can't find the user in AD and I can't find a mailbox for the user, but they continue to show up when you start an email and click the "To" button which brings up the "all users" list. How do I clear this user from that list?
