Can I generate mailing lables with postal bar codes in Access 2000? If so, how.

No, not that I am aware, but I'm sure there is some third party product out there to help.

It is true that you can't print the barcodes in Access so why not port the data to Word where you can print the mailing barcodes?

Hi there, to add to the previous....When you are setting up Mail Merge in Word for mailing labels, you will have an option to insert postal bar codes in the window where you insert the merge fields. In step 2 it will allow you to choose your data source and you can choose an Access database. Dawn
