I am successful in scheduling a report directly using the CE 10 CMC. However when I try using my asp code provided in the SDK, I keep getting:

address error. CrystalEnterprise.Smtp: SMTP_E_MAILBOX_UNAVAILABLE_2(550)

Any ideas?
 
Are you trying to SCHEDULE it as an E-mail attachment (PDF, XLS, etc) from the CMC...?

That's what the SDK code is trying to do.
 
Does the SDK code require you to set the SMTP link for each request from the Code, or is there a SDK Code setting for "use object default" settings?

You might want to post this question on Diamond as well, with more explicit detail of what you are trying/doing and the different results...

 
Resolved - the address in the cc field was incorrect.
You may have difficulties sending to external email. Make sure the smtp in the cmc is set to authentication = Login and not none by default. Also use the ip for the domain and the server setting in the cmc..
