Address card view: Allow in-cell editing

This option is available at work (Exchange) but greyed out at home (no Exchange).

How can I enable it at home?

You can't. It's available at work because you must be using an Exchange server. Unless you are using an exchange server at home, it will be grayed out or unavailable.

I'm using POP at home with no Exchange Server and "Allow In-cell editing" is available to me. In fact, I am using it.

Have you tried running the Office Diagnostics (under Help) to see if there is a problem with your installation?

I can't find that option. There is only "Detect and Repair" but it does not help.

What version of Outlook are you using? I assumed 2007 but if you are using an earlier version then it would be "Detect and Repair".

2003. Detect and Repair simply launched repair installation, I think.

Did you try running "Detect & Repair"? It may be that there is a problem with your installation or that Outlook was corrupted after installation.
