Address card network ????

I install an industrial network card on my intel pc, after install it I have no communication with network card, because DPRAM Address are not correct.
This type of industrial card works on siemens computer with specific ISA address on different architecture doesn’t work.
I think that because ISA address is different on desktop PC ( intel ).
How I now IRQ or address of all hardware installed on my computer???
