When creating a new message, I click on the TO button. A pop up appears and in the top right corner is a box that has a drop down (normally GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST appears in the box). Under Outlook Address Book are some listings of old address books that I used to have, but have been deleted or moved. Is there anyway I can remove them from the list?

I dont think there is a way to remove it from the list if you have deleted the address book already. what you need to do before you delete an address book or contact list is to right click the item go to properties, outlook address book, and uncheck show this in address book. then you may delete the item without it leaving left over names in your global lists.
When I type in the first 4 letters of my last name to cc myself on a email there is another email address attached to my name and it send a copy to both of us. She has mistakenly gotten confidential information. How do I get rid of this in my email. I have looked for this email address everywhere and can't find it.
