address books duplicate names

hi all

i have added our group parent's address book ( address book A )into our directory as a separate address book ( address book B )

this all works great apart from 1 user who is listed in both address books with the same name but obviously different e-mail address

when you select the group parent address book B and click on this person's name it always uses our own e-mail address from book A and not the one listed in book B

any ideas on why this is?

You local office names.nsf will always be used. If this is for internal mail routing (within the company), you should be resolving to the internal address anyway. If you like, you could create an alias in the Shortname Field in the users Person Document. I hope this helps.
