I have a question which should be easy to solve. When I go to our global address book where all INTERNAL email address are, it is sorted by the person's first name. How do I switch it so that it is sorted by the person's last name??

Hi, Go to the recipients, click on the Tools menu. Then select options, the auto-naming tab is what I think you are looking for. Hope it helps.
