i was wondering, I work for a non-profit organization which has about thirty full time employees and about 900 volunteers the fulltime employees are all on the exchange server and are in the global address book the volunteers do not have address' on the exchange server but is there a way where we can add there current e-mail address' to a central list where the employees that are on the exchange server can access the volunteers email address' the same way they access people in the global address book.

You can add them to the recipients container as custom recipients (File -> new custom recipient). That will have them show up in the Global Address book, but will just forward off to whatever internet address you enter for them in the custom recipient information. Marc Creviere
