We have several users that cannot download the Global Address Book. We have tried deleting the Outlook profile and recreating and uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook with no success. The error is "Task Microsoft Exchange reported error (0x8004010F): The operation failed. An object cannot be found". One user uninstalled Outlook 2007 and installed Outlook 2003 and was then able to download the Global Address Book successfully. I am running Outlook 2007 and I can download the Global Address Book successfully every time. We are running Exchange 2007. Any ideas?
