Last week one of our employees went on vacation and her Groupwise was working fine. This morning, however, when she returned she couldn't open her address book. Thinking it was just a bug I uninstalled and reinstalled the Groupwise client, version 6.5. This didn't fix it and now whenever she tries to open her addressbook an error message pops up that reads:
The instruction at “0x53551110” referenced memory at “0x8004010f”.
The memory could not be “read”. I've read around and am unable to find anything, so any help I can get on here would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried restoring the user db with a backup? Is the user in client/server mode or caching? If it's caching mode the address book will also be stored at the server, you could try swapin them.
