Do anyone knows of any product that can be used to get the content of a Palm Address book into a CSV File or any other kind of text file? It is very important that the product could be used interectavely with VB since we have thousands of Palm files to be parsed (What I mean is that the product can be run from another program and be able to specify the files to be parsed). Thank you

You might try looking on Palmgear.com or Handango.com. I found a couple that could do the trick. Check out "Palm Data Extraction Kit - PDEK 1.0"

Best regards

Thank you PalmFox but do you know if I can call this program from another program? And if that is the case Do you know Where I may find the list of parameters to be used in such case?

Thank you again

Palm Data Extraction Kit - PDEK 1.0" as suggested by palmfox certainly looks as though it could be useful on it's own. it has it's own interface, but I don't know if it could be called from another application - for the sake of $5.00 it must be worth a try.

Hope this helps...

Thank you,

It sounds good but I have 2500 of those files and is better if we can write code that call a program that process the files.

I don't know if it will work from a command line, but you might email the developer to see. I also found a program called address2txt which does indicate an ability to use command line interaction.

Hope this helps.
