I have the personal Addrees book configured in Services on the phone in Call Manager 4.1 however the management would like it under Directories. Does anyone know if that is possible and how to configure it under directories? Thanks

If you upgrade to 6.1 it will be Directories. I don't know of any way to put it there in 4.1. Hopefully someone else will know how.
