Address Bar

I have a user who is complaining that the address bar in IE has shrunk (she double-clicked on it). I have asked her to try re-sizing it, double clicking on it and moving it to no avail. Is there any other way I can either re-add it or reset it or maybe reset IE to defualt settings.
