Can the address bar be removed or prevented fom showing in Crystal enterprise. is there any way to prevent the users from seeing the Url especially if they use Ctrl + N to open a new window?

Possibly. If you notice, the main CE screen for the user is created by available.csp. When things like history or the scheduler are called, there is no url, no toolbar. These are suppressed in code. In CE9, it's done in actionscripts.js, but this file does not exist in CE10. I tested custom CE10 code in available.csp calling a function defined in globals.csp.
I am not sure if the same window properties are used in opening available.csp in either CE9 or CE10. Offhand, I think the call would come from logon.csp, but the properties code may be elsewhere. The code for the window settings looks like width=800,height=430,location=no,scrollbars=yes,menubars=no,toolbars=no,resizable=yes,left=150,top=100", and I'm thinking the location=no param suppresses the url/address field.
