Address Bar in Internet Explorer 6 Hiding Bigtime! 1

Hope this is the right place to ask this, if not I apologize. I can't find the address bar. It's checked on, and it's not crammed onto any other toolbar. Looked everywhere and even reinstalled the software. Anyone know how to get it back? Thank you.
