Address Bar-Codes?

Using ACT7(2005) and Windows XP Pro.

We want to print address bar codes on envelopes (not a mail merge). We print just the envelops -- about 2500 at a time -- using ACT and then stuff them with a pre-printed flyer.

So far we have not figured a way to print bar codes on the envelopes using ACT or ACT through MS Word. Does anyone know if, and how, this can be done?
