Addrbook.exe error

I have a user who recently recieved a new pc with windows 2000 sp3. She was previously set up to resolve names in her groupwise address book by first name when typing in addresses but that changed when I moved her to a new pc. Now when I try to change the name format back to first name under the view menu option in address book i get a "addrbook.exe has caused an error and will be closed". Her personal address books work fine, its just he groupwise address book.
I have tried reinstalling the client with no luck. We are running groupwise 5.5 sp 4 if that gives anybody any insight.

GroupWise just like many other windows programs don't uninstall properly. Stuff is alway left in the registry.

Download and run the GroupWise Cleaning Agent.
