Addon Error on a set

Complaint:
making a loud noise for 10 seconds approximately every 45 seconds and the message comes up saying Addon Error

There are no addons at this site.
BCM450 all patched up.
Phone was fine till now.
Any programming was only to add target lines to sets last few days.

So you have no KIM's attached to this set? If you do check the pins where the KIM connect to the set and make sure that no ones are bended.
Have you tried disable/enable that set?

No mods....customer just called back and set fixed itself.
Still odd though.
