Hi All

Been a long time c=since I have been on here and just as long away from Crystal. Now back into it, but encountered something I never have before - a cross tab calculating incorrectly.

It is grouped only once, with one total column. The number for each row (3) of the crosstab seem to be good, however the grand total is out by 9. Funnily enough I tried a manual crosstab to reproduce the number and once again the group totals are correct but the grand total is out by 9.

I know I am a little rusty, but this one has me stumped.
Running 2008 against a SQL 2000 DB.

Hopefully someone might be able to provide me some guidance.

Cheers

Gezza

In you manual cross tab show the details are there some which are not being grouped?

What summary are you using for subtotals

If you are doing a distinct count and the item is in more than one group, that will throw the grand total off. I wish I knew of a solution, because it causes an issue for at least one of the reports I have created.
