Additional T1

I'm not sure if this is too general of a question but...with the addition of a second T1 (company has approx. 30 phones) can that eliminate the use of a 800 DID card with adding a 2nd T1 or 100 DCD card?

Adding a 100D/DCD module can eliminate the use of a 800DID module, but that would depend on what DS1 services you are currently using and what the Telco offers that would benefit your system.

How is the current DS1 configured on the system? Is it CAS or PRI? By changing the configuration you may be able to have more efficient communications and reduce the cost of service depending on your requirements and feature needs.
