additional server setup problem

registration server does not allow to create a replica of the PAB on an additional server to be installed; the new server setup hangs with the message: 'you are not authorized to perform that operation: <servername. <name of PAB>'; new server is registered and certified in the PAB of the registration server; what security flag am I missing here?

Usually this is not the problem unless someones been messing around with it, but check both servers access rights in the ACL of the PAB. They need amnager rights for replication
