Additional Print Queue

I am running AIX 4.3.3 with a 16 port concentrator and have printers connected to some of these ports on the concentrator and print queues (generic ascii) are configured fot these printers via TTYs. I am able to create additional print queue for these printers but as soon as I try and print, the queue goes down. The original queue still works. I am able to cat out the file directly to tty and it works.

Any thoughts?
