Additional Material to Learn

Well guys, during the summer im attending a boot camp to obtain some certificates from microsft MCSA, MCSE, security and couple more....i was wondering if anyone has an advise for me...you know....things that at system administrator for windows platform [windows 2000] should know....script languages that i should learn(very important), a utility program you want to suggest, material i should read, books....anything is welcome. im attending a school which is partner with microsoft so i do have all microsoft press books for every class and i also practice in labs. i also purchase MS Virtual PC to set up some virtual pc and run the labs and explorer features on my own.

Useful programs.. well have a look at

for some really useful tools.

I would have a look at Transcender for test prep.

I would prowl here and maybe Google groups.

I would practice, practice, practice when it comes to the virtual PC. I would also suggest that you don't use your existing workstation to test GPO's etc, create a vm one and use that instead.
